Based in Singapore, Laurent began his career working with game-changing entrepreneurs and business leaders in France and China.  He has enjoyed the opportunity of participating in the growth of European and worldwide industry leaders in a wide array of sectors, including FMCG, Shipping, Renewable Energy as well as Offshore Shipbuilding.

Laurent has occupied various managerial and leadership positions with a focus on Business and Partnership development.  He has worked closely with highly internationally visible groups and a large Chinese conglomerate, which has given him an in-depth understanding of the variety of challenges that come with rapid growth from an economic and cultural perspective, and its impact on corporate layers.  He has lived and worked in Europe and Asia (Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore).

The same motivations, which drove Laurent to develop his skills in Asia, still drive him in his executive coaching today.  He truly believes that a powerful, positive and lasting impact comes from the articulation of an individual's authentic expression of their potential.  Laurent is prepared to leverage on the global shift underway to support business leaders in building the world they envision.
