Fiona Dickie

Throughout her legal career, both at Senior Associate and Partner level, Fiona acted for many corporate clients as well as local authorities and charities. She has coached executives and professionals from a variety of sectors and understands the ever increasing pressure on individuals to reach demanding targets and deliver excellent results within tight time frames. Being aware of the demanding expectations placed on individuals by colleagues, clients and employers and having personally worked in this modern business culture for many years, Fiona is well placed to help clients gain awareness of thinking patterns and positively change behaviours to boost performance and effectiveness. Combining her legal education and career with her more recent degree in psychology and certificate in counselling, Fiona is able to introduce to the business world awareness of how long held beliefs and attitudes can both inhibit and enhance business performance and personal effectiveness.
