Iain has had a wide professional career before finally concentrating on coaching and facilitation.
His working life has taken him through many management and directorship positions of organizations, initially within the field of sport and sport related areas and then into HR.
Iain has been working in management consultancy for many years now, specializing in strategy and development with support coaching. Iain has lived and worked in Cyprus, Lebanon, Germany, UK and currently Finland.

Iain is quietly analytical but not afraid of challenging his clients, be it teams or individuals. Encouraging, driving and motivating people to maximize their potential is his utmost priority.
He looks for the alternative, creative way of development, striving to go with the flow, and thinking outside of the box at the same time. Iain’s coaching approach is comprised of twenty years of self-employment and the result of many years in a diverse range of industries and professional experience, including his role of HR Director.
His personal goals in coaching are to allow people to acknowledge themselves; their strengths, non-strengths, self respect, belief and potential. Iain coaches internationally both executively and in sport.
