His clients include many large multinational business corporations and some smaller local companies, which he has worked with for many years. Prior to becoming a coach, Malcolm held many Senior Executive level positions within Fortune 500 Companies and as Global COO of a NASDAQ listed consulting company. In addition he has been a Non-Executive Director of a FTSE 100 subsidiary. He has over ten years of International and Board level experience and over five years as an Executive Performance Coach, which he combines to deliver a balanced non-directive and directive intuitive and innovation approach to his coaching to enable higher performance within individuals and teams through installing positive behavioural and attitudinal change.
