Vivian delivers Peak Performance Coaching to successful business leaders, executive boards and senior directors across the United States and Europe, within Fortune 500 companies. Prior to coaching, Vivian worked in business development at executive and subsequently CEO level, understanding through personal experience the connection between successful leadership and the elements of trust, authenticity, flexibility, effective communication and emotional intelligence. His move into executive coaching five years ago was based on intuitive insight of the crucial importance of coaching for high performance leadership. Vivian has since built up a highly successful coaching practice throughout twelve countries and two continents.
