Our acclaimed Peak Performance Coaching Programme has been developed over the last 25 years, and is designed with tried and tested tools and methods to accelerate outstanding business performance and personal development.
It is tailored to allow individuals explore their current thinking, attitudes and behaviour in confidential and incisive face-to-face coaching sessions. The sessions are dynamic and challenging, yet built within an environment of trust in a strong working partnership between coach and coachee. The coaching takes clients out of their comfort zones, creating acute awareness of themselves, their blind spots, and self limiting strategies and behaviours. Recognising internal drivers and inherent strengths is a key part of our quest for inspiring authentic leadership with each client – ensuring clear and measurable impact for the organisation.
This intensive six-month programme consists of one-to-one coaching sessions scheduled at regular intervals. This is supported by a comprehensive 360 assessment programme, an emotional intelligence assessment, and complemented by unlimited interim coaching support in-between sessions.

The programme is challenging and intensive: as a result of the team’s enthusiasm and the dedicated support of your master coach. The results of this dedication, however, will challenge and inspire our clients. By following a series of structured and facilitated team activities indoors, members learn how to understand, communicate, share and collaborate effectively and with authenticity.
Most importantly, we incorporate the unique challenges and opportunities for the team, in ensuring this becomes a new way of working and operating for the long term.
